David Nugent | The Spartan-Persian Protocol

Build Forever Fitness. Lose Weight Permanently. Enjoy Food Again.

The Spartan-Persian Protocol is a sustainable approach to fitness and nutrition built on a simple weekly rhythm: five Spartan days of disciplined training and very low-carb eating, followed by two Persian days of enjoyment without guilt.

This channel documents how to stay lean, strong, and healthy into your 60s and beyond—without burnout from harsh diets or living in the gym.
