Leveraging extensive expertise in deck, stair, and landing construction—including water intrusion prevention—Stevenson Team Construction is ready to conduct an initial inspection to assess the scope of necessary repairs. STC also performs follow-up inspections to ensure the final report is SB 721 and/or SB 326 compliant before it is issued to property owners. Our common-sense approach prioritizes the health and safety of both tenants and the public. Rather than forcing older properties to meet modern building codes, we determine if structures are currently sound and will remain so with proper maintenance. Additionally, STC will identify any other areas beyond SB 721 and/or SB 326 that may need attention.
