Stille Lyd is Danish and means ‘quiet* sound’ (*or ‘calm’)

The name was inspired by my own journey back into my body and my heart after being disconnected for a while. I began being able to feel my body again, feel my heart and hear & feel intuitive nudges and answers.

A quiet sound had been there all along - waiting for me to quiet down and listen. 

Listening within can be powerful.
