Kechari - The Hatha Yoga Studio

Studio Kechari trains aspirants in traditional Hatha Yoga. We specialise in Hatha yoga, shat karma, yoganidra and are trained to teach pre/post-natal women and to kids under our banner too. 

We support people looking for fitness, flexibility, wellness, immunity, balance, mindfulness, holistic living and weight loss at Studio Kechari through yoga and meditation at Adityahridayam Foundation. We equip our students with personal workout regime for off days and during travel, and dietary advice for a holistic living. Our teaching module includes Jnana, Bhakti and Karma yoga capsules for a complete yoga experience.

Studio Kechari, is an offshoot of Adityahridayam Foundation, under Panchami Trust, following and specializing in the principles of Sivananda yoga since 2008, we are certified to train in Sivananda style of Hatha yoga.

“Hungry Hearts Charity” is a Karma Yoga outreach program by Studio Kechari to feed the hungry.
