Studio A Body Therapy with Allie

About Allie Whitney, Owner of Studio A Body Therapy

I am a manual therapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner with deep training in the biophysiology of complex trauma, pain, and emotions. After experiencing firsthand the dramatic shifts that can come from engaging the body in the therapeutic process, I've made it my mission to bring body-oriented therapies for healing stress and trauma to those in my community and beyond.

Studio A Body Therapy offers trauma-informed somatic bodywork and movement, embodiment coaching, education, and resources to support greater connection between your body, mind, and emotions. Our approach is grounded in the belief that engaging the body is an integral and powerful part of the therapeutic and healing process. Our local studio is in the Indianapolis, IN area.
