Stu Schaefer - The Lazy Way To Get Fit Over 40

I'm lazy. I don't like to work out. I don't like to cook. I don't really like eating healthy.

But I want to look good - like a fitness model.

So I spent the last 25 years figuring out THE MINIMUM amount possible to look amazing without having to put in much effort. And I'm sharing my lazy fitness hacks with you.

Maybe you can relate:

You struggle to lose weight. And when you do, you gain it right back. What worked before doesn’t work anymore. The weight just keeps creeping on, no matter what you do. You may think it’s hormones or your age. But it’s not. It’s something else. And more dieting & exercise will only make it worse.

My name is Stu Schaefer. I'm a celebrity weight loss expert. And I'm going to explain what’s going on and how to lose weight and get fit over 40 – The Lazy Way – 60 minutes per WEEK and without:

Restricting calories
Cutting carbs or other foods
Feeling hungry or deprived
Gaining the weight back
Wrecking your hormones
Or destroying your metabolism
