I have spent the last 15 years or so learning things that interest me. Now I am putting some of them together to make one business.
Sunrise 2 the new U is for an all-round wellness, from Fitness with exercise to music classes, to Life Coaching to help you change things in your life. My aim in life is to be happier and Healthier so join me Sunrise 2 the new U. 
I am sure while in lockdown we have all tried the fitness classes online, with all the skinny fit instructors, showing you what you should do. I am the real instructor that has to always had work at fitness so we can do it together. I am going old school with music we all love and routines that you can build on. (REPS registered)
