My passion for training was sparked 8 years ago when I began creating training manuals and training teams. Since then, I have grown in various leadership roles, including supervising leadership teams. Throughout my journey, I have been able to look bridge the gap between the big picture and small picture, training staff and leadership, setting the up for success along the way. 

My videos will focus on leadership advice and development, red flag and green flag job ads, questions you should ask a future employer in an interview and their red/green flag answers to look out for.
