Sweat Hard Fitness LLC

I help women burn fat, build muscle, and gain strength in 90 days or less without giving up your favorite foods or lifestyle.

Sweat Hard Fitness derived from the thick, chocolate girl who was made to feel that she was fat. Refusing to accept the shame and negativity of others, she decide to make a change for no one else, except for the image in the mirror.

Sweat Hard wasn't just a phrase birthed out of desperation. It was a rediscovery of self, which stood for dedication, motivation, and perseverance to transforming not just the body, but the mind as well. These words became applicable to every aspect of life.
