We’re two old friends - Lisa (an actor) and Lana (a nurse) and we’ve both been in the thick of it for quite a few years now. Thankfully, we’ve always had each other to lean on. Our conversations are filled with stories, advice, problem-solving, venting, some tears and a lot of laughter.

We created this podcast, because we want to share what we give to each other…with you!

And with our hard-earned knowledge, we fill each episode with tangible tips, tools and take-aways, knowing full well that caring for your parents, can be overwhelming, fulfilling, frustrating, draining, absurd, and sometimes…not so pretty.
