Tell Me About a Time

Tell Me About a Time is a podcast about people who are looking for their next role.

Hiring today runs on automation. AI writes the job description. AI writes the resume. AI screens the resume. Sometimes AI runs the interview too. Along the way, the person gets lost.

This show puts the person back into hiring. Each episode is a conversation with someone who is job hunting right now. Guests share real stories from their work, in their own words. Listeners hear how they think, how they solve problems, and what they bring to a team.
