The Worry Net Therapist

Welcome! I'm Jason Gans, a board-certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor exploring the intersection of art, mindfulness, and psychology. After more than a decade working in inpatient mental health and private practice, I've become fascinated by how creativity helps us understand ourselves, regulate emotions, and make meaning from difficult experiences.

This channel offers guided art experiences, mindfulness practices, coping skills, reflections on mental health, and creative experiments designed to support curiosity, self-compassion, and emotional growth. Whether you're an artist, therapist, caregiver, or simply someone looking for new ways to slow down and reconnect with yourself, I hope you'll find ideas here that inspire reflection, play, and healing.
