Robyn - The Metal Therapist

Hi, I'm Robyn, and I am just a regular, neurodivergent therapist from the North West of England who just so happens to be into metal, alternative, and heavier styles of music.

Here's what you'll find here:

🤘🏼 Music reactions
🤘🏼 Lyrics, song and video analyses from a mental health perspective
🤘🏼 Community and artist interviews
🤘🏼 Artist mental health legacy deep dives
🤘🏼 Other mental health X music takes

Let's listen to metal music together, create an amazing community of our own, and validate the f**k out of each other 🙌🏼
