Bread and Art is what I’m about. I bake many different delicious types of homemade breads that always inspire me to create art while I wait for the bread dough to rise.

Hi! Welcome to my channel 😊 My name is Mici and this channel is for everyone who loves homemade bread and art.

Making bread and feeling the dough under my fingertips is a form of meditation (breditation 😊) that makes my creative juices flow. For me bread making is as much about the science of baking as it is about art and creativity.
I am a designer by profession and a baker and artist by passion. I grew up in a house where bread (and art) was a sacred food, the foundation of civilization, the giver of life (she said dramatically), and to this day my parents refuse to buy store bought bread.  I second that.
