The Bearista

The Bearista is all about better coffee, stronger businesses and the people behind them.

I’m Matt, a coffee consultant, trainer, roaster and former independent coffee shop owner with more than a decade of experience across speciality coffee, hospitality and the wider coffee industry.

On this channel I share practical advice on barista training, coffee quality, espresso calibration, café operations, roasting, wholesale support, equipment, workflow, content and the realities of running a coffee business.

You’ll also find behind-the-scenes projects, consultancy insights, coffee education and useful tips for café owners, baristas, roasters and hospitality teams.
