“Real talk about mental health, life, and being human.”

Hiii, I’m John, I’m from Ireland. I’m currently studying and training in counselling and psychotherapy.
This channel is where I tell stories based on my own past and experiences, and explore what they actually meant while I was going through it, especially with the harder parts. I try to make sense of them as openly as I can.

I talk about things like depression, anxiety, loneliness, grief, and trying to understand yourself when nothing you are feeling makes sense.

I don’t try to fix these things.
I just try to talk about them as honestly as I can to help you understand yourself a bit better.

If any of my videos help you feel seen or even a little bit less alone, then they are doing what they are meant to do.
