I’m Nate Jomaa and I started at 393 Ibs. I'd just lost my mom to cancer at 71, and at 43 years old I knew I had to change everything. That moment became The Cycling Shift.

I'm not a pro cyclist. I'm not a trainer. I'm a regular guy, husband, dad, coffee addict, who found a bike, found a new version of himself, and decided to bring people along for the ride.
