Hello Everyone, 

We are a group of Dieticians, acquired a Post Graduate degree in M.Sc., (Food, Nutrition & Dietetics) from A.U (Andhra University), and had completed our internships from reputed hospitals.We have been in this field for the past 10years and gained a lot of knowledge in various aspects of Nutrition. 

Now through this platform we would like to reach you all. "Alone we can do so little together we can do so much”. So we are here to support you and help you out in the journey of healthy life style and through "The Art of Healthy Living" including Mindful Eating, Stress Management, Sleep Management, Exercise and Detoxification, the five pillars of our theme.
