What started with two women navigating their GLP1 weight-loss journeys has turned into unfiltered conversations about body image, confidence, dating, friendships, relationships, internet drama, and the everyday WTF moments that need to be discussed.

One episode might have us breaking down weight loss plateaus and wild side effects, while the next has us questioning whether dating apps have ruined romance or admitting the things everyone thinks but is too afraid to say out loud.
