I didn’t arrive here from a place of wholeness. What began as numbness, relentless self-criticism, and burnout from chasing perfection, healing, and permission outside myself became radical alignment, creative expression, and fulfillment when I finally said: no more good girl, no more masking, no more shrinking my passion or voice.
Through NLP, somatic practices, energy work, spiritual teaching, and creative expression, I came home to my authenticity & vitality. Everything I share here is part of that return and my hope is that it inspires yours too.
