We provide therapy mostly for anxiety and depression.

We offer in-person and online services. We offer individual therapy and group therapy.

We treat adults and children, and also offer Psycho-educational evaluations for children.

We have stood as a reference for CBT in montreal since 1972.

We are involved in our community. Over the decades, we have been offering a free weekly lecture series in the fall, providing information and tips to help participants better cope with anxiety or depression. We have also provided free workshops on stress-management, and various online discussions.
