The Emotions Alchemist®

Welcome!
I am an Accredited Emotions Somatic Practitioner and Coach, certified in Mental Health for Children and Young People, and the creator of The Garden of Feelings, a nine-book series of gentle stories about emotional literacy for children aged three to eight.
Rooted in body awareness and somatic practice, my books were created from a simple but urgent belief. That if we teach children to understand their feelings while they are still very young, we give them something that will serve them for the rest of their lives. Not a coping strategy to reach for in a moment of crisis, but an automatic, embodied understanding of their own inner world.
Alongside my clinical practice, I bring direct classroom experience supporting primary-aged children with special educational needs. My series has been designed from the ground up for every child, including neurodivergent children, to interrupt the shame cycle early and gently, one feeling at a time.
