The Evolved Dietitian

Hello there, I'm Diane Kopelakis, M.S., R.D. I call myself  “The Evolved Dietitian” because I've had to evolve and reform myself from some significant nutritional falsehoods that we've been fed over the last 50+ years regarding the needs of the human body.  I've been able to let go of old and harmful nutrition notions to help heal myself and others. 

Professionally speaking, I am a registered and licensed dietitian with 30 years combined experience in clinical dietetics, community nutrition, fitness and wellness coaching with an admiration for alternative medicine and an absolute love for bringing it all together to help others. I've counseled over thousands of clients with a broad-spectrum of health and wellness issues and continue to do so via a functional nutrition-based approach that welcomes various medicinal modes to amplify the body’s response to nutritional therapy.  I will continue to evolve with science. Let's evolve together!
