The Fasting Life Apothecary

Fasting for a Sovereign Body with a trauma-informed intuitive coach. Fast Like a Girl Certified by Dr. Mindy Pelz.

Welcome to The Fasting Life Apothecary — a dispensary of tools for women ready to go deeper than what to eat and when.

I'm Laura Michelle Wolff MEd — a trauma-informed intuitive coach, Human Design expert, publisher, and psychic-medium. I've spent 30+ years working with people to face discomfort, alchemize it, and come out the other side completely new and ready to take action on their goals.

The Fasting Life Apothecary isn't a single protocol. It's a chest full of drawers — fasting, Somatic Writing, Human Design, Forest Reiki®, psychic-mediumship development, sovereign storytelling — and the skill I bring is knowing which ones to open for you, in what order, at what moment. You don't need to understand every tool before you walk in. You just need to be willing to create a life that is wildly, unapologetically yours.
