On each episode I am joined by guests to explore the fights in their chosen arena of sport or career, and if they are open to it, the fights they have in life. We go wherever the conversation takes us, sometimes keeping it light and sharing laughs about wild stories we have lived through, or diving deep into profoundly vulnerable discussions when the moment calls for it. 

Each episode dives into the human condition from the completely unique perspective of our guest. 

After each conversation with our guest, I am joined by my dear friend Ben Meyers, on “After The Bell” for 30 minutes to explore what the conversation brought up for us in our own lived experience, and how we approach life as Integrative Mental Health Coaches from the Nickerson Institute.
