The Ghetto Joker Music Studio

Ghetto Joker Music Studio is the home of composer and arranger Rhome Calhoun.

Every song here is an original composition: late night jazz, vintage jazz, soul jazz and 70s jazz funk, neo soul and R&B grooves, and Arabic jazz inspired by the music of the Middle East. Each album captures a different era, from 1940s swing and big band jazz to the soul jazz of the 60s and 70s.

Come here for full-length jazz albums to play while you work, study, focus or unwind, plus Shorts with a taste of every new song.

Every song has a story. What's yours?

New music from Ghetto Joker is also on Spotify, Apple Music and all streaming platforms. Subscribe and turn on notifications so you never miss a new album.
