The Hugging Club Of India (HCI) is an initiative to bring a change by removing stigma around mental illness.
It creates a conducive environment to inspires people to openly talk about their mental illness and ask for help. 
It is a support group for people with mental illness.

We meet online and offline and connect you to compassionate and excellent team of psychiatrists, psychologists and psychotherapists through workshops, therapy sessions and Q and A meetings. 

Every week people share their stories to inspire and help break stigma around mental illness.
