I’m Niamh, I’m 20 & from the UK,
I have struggled with mental illness, alongside adhd and autism + for a long time & decided to make a YouTube channel as a positive outlet. (I will be mainly sharing poetry, snippets of my days, lifestyle stuff & things I find helpful for mental health recovery + coping tips!)
I will also be sharing some of my journey in relation to my spinal cord injury. 🩻

A bit about me: 
I love cats (I have two!)🐈, I collect jellycats, love the colour pink & also do a lot of art & writing as hobbies. I also love music, helping people and sunsets.
