The Luminous Journey TV

I used to perform calm while my nervous system stayed in chaos — polished on the outside, disconnected from what was actually true underneath. Building The Luminous Journey has been my own return: from disconnection to knowing myself, from doubt to trusting my own voice, from surviving to actually living. That's not a metaphor. It's the exact shift I help other women make.

I'm Kenrica — transformational coach & certified Reiki master, founder of The Luminous Journey. I help Black and brown women come home to themselves through a four-part framework I built out of my own transformation and refined with real clients — not just studied theory. It's the same one guiding every practice I share here.

On this channel: grounding rituals, guided meditations, & honest conversations about rest, belief systems, & becoming who you already are.

Ready to stop surviving & start living from your truth? You're in the right place.

you are the light. you've always been. ✨

with love always,
Kenrica 🦋
