The Mindful Journal Club with Alexis Russell

The Mindful Journal Club is a space for honest reflection, mindful living, faith, journaling, motherhood, and personal growth. Through guided journal prompts, mindful practices, and meaningful conversations, I help women slow down, reconnect with themselves and God, and move through life with greater intention.

Journaling sessions, faith-filled encouragement, self-care practices, motherhood reflections, mental wellness tools, and honest conversations about healing, identity, purpose, and becoming.
