I'm Jade, an Occupational Therapist, Yoga Teacher and mum of three. I believe movement has the power to transform lives because it transformed mine.

Yoga came into my life when I needed it most. It changed how I moved, breathed and connected with myself, inspiring me to blend the science of Occupational Therapy with the transformative practice of yoga.

After a decade working as an Occupational Therapist in acute care, I'm now dedicating my work to helping people discover the healing potential of movement, creating a better balance for my family while following a path that truly aligns with my passion.

I have a passion for chair yoga and the possibilities it offers for making movement accessible to everyone, regardless of age, ability or where they're starting from.
