I’m a UK dad of two teenagers, proudly juggling life, and the ongoing delusion that my body is still 20 years old. I discovered padel in August '25 thanks to my nephews in South Africa… and it was love at first hit.
(Despite cracking a rib and cutting my knee open in my very first session. Worth it.)

We play, we laugh, and occasionally I remind myself that recovery now takes days, not hours.
