I’m Tanya Grant, a multi-six-figure pet sitting business owner with over 20 years of experience in the Pet Care Industry. I designed this community to be grounded in real-world operations. I launched my pet care business in 2005 and scaled it to a team of 15+ employees. While I  remain involved in the daily operations, I dedicate the majority of my time coaching pet care professionals, especially those in their first one to five years, on pricing and profit strategy, client acquisition and retention, systems and workflow optimization, and sustainable business growth and scaling.
