The Positive Athlete

Welcome to my channel! I’m Matthew, a Plant Based, sober, endurance sports martial artist, who plays golf in his spare time! I believes in pushing limits and doing the impossible! I provide motivation and share my insane adventures to inspire all of you! You’ll see me running, cycling, competing in IronMan, golfing, doing BJJ, camping in the wild and accepting any ridiculous challenges! My friends call me boring or crazy - let me know what you think! 🌱🏊🚲🏃🏻‍♂️🏕️🥋🏌️
