The Raven Chronicles podcast

We are Canadian veterans and ex-first responders who are aiming to help the one who suffer of mental illness within the uniform. We suffered, and found energy into the brotherhood. There is no reason to keep it silent, it is not weak to be honest to ourselves.

​The battle of depression, PTSD, anxiety are not fight that can be beaten alone. We offer support and guidance. We are not psychologist,  simply, guys/gals who have been through the ringer and found the light through therapy and support group.

There is no shame into sharing and seeking for help.
