Lucas Atkins | The Regulated Operator

Perform under pressure. Switch off when the work is done. Be present for the people who matter.

I’m Lucas Atkins, former Australian Federal Police Prime Ministerial Close Protection Officer and founder of Novert Group. My background spans more than two decades protecting, training and leading people in demanding environments around the world.

Here we explore composure, nervous system regulation, human behaviour, awareness and personal protection.

My signature program, The Regulated Operator, offers eight weeks of private strategic coaching for people who carry responsibility.

Through Novert Group, I also deliver strategic advisory, keynotes and protection and awareness training for professionals, organisations, individuals and families. From online programs to live workshops and face to face training, this work reaches people worldwide.
