The Rested You - With Rachel & Claudia

Welcome to The Rested You, a space for deep rest, nervous system support, and creating a life that feels sustainable from the inside out.

Here you'll find Yoga Nidra and non-sleep deep rest practices, breathwork, movement, sleep support, guided meditations, conversations with experts, and practical tools to help you feel more resourced in everyday life.

We believe rest is more than switching off. It’s about creating the capacity to live, move, work, and show up for life with greater ease and connection. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, curious about nervous system wellbeing, or simply wanting more space to breathe, you're welcome here.

Join Rachel and Claudia for practices, conversations, and support to help you rest well, move well, sleep well, and live with more ease.
