Welcome to The Satiety Lab! Where I experiment with food, ingredients and weird recipes to find out what actually makes a meal satiating. 

It started with a simple question: can you make food that keeps you full without relying on huge amounts of calories or just eating enormous portions?

From boiled psyllium jelly to high-protein experiments, savory creations and surprisingly edible sweet versions, I test the recipes, rate the texture and flavour, calculate the macros, and share what happens.

No miracle diets. No magic tricks. Just food experiments, questionable ideas, and a lot of jelly. 🧪🥄
