I’m Elizabeth Soares, PT, a licensed physical therapist with 30+years of experience across hospitals, sub-acute rehab, inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, outpatient therapy, and in-home care.
I’ve spent more than three-quarters of my career working specifically with seniors, and I’ve seen how small daily habits can prevent hospitalizations, reduce complications, and improve long-term independence.
