Casey Diaz’s life in the Rampart District of L.A. spiraled into violence and prison from an early age, but it was in the darkest moment— one year and a half in solitary is where his second chance began. A woman from a prison ministry told him; “Jesus is going to use you,” even though he was locked up in solitary.
While in lock up he encounters Christ. That moment unleashed a flood of confession, repentance, and peace and gave Casey a new purpose beyond the cell door. 
Upon his release, he emerged not as a convict, but as a man redeemed by God. Casey is living proof that Jesus not only offers redemption; he transforms it into a powerful testimony of new life and calling
