I'm Heather So, an occupational therapist with almost 20 years of clinical experience, a researcher, educator, author, bereaved mother, and founder of The Spirit of Care.

This channel exists to gently bridge the gap between healthcare and spirituality.

Drawing on my clinical experience, PhD research, and personal healthcare journey with my daughter Emily, I explore how meaning, hope, grief, identity, and spirituality shape our experiences of illness, disability, suffering and loss.
