The Valley Daytona

I just workout everyday REALLY hard. Actually, to the point where I get dizzy, blurred vision, body shakes, and nausea; But then when I recover and heal from the workout I am stronger than ever, ofcourse physically: And then mentally too. So I carry this survival mode of working out concept into my living through any and all other obstacles/ situations/events in my life, and all just seems so much more possible and I become so capable. I want you to, too feel this way.
