The Wild Bunch Cardiac-Rehab Cyclists 

The Wild Bunch cardiac-rehab cyclists started riding as a group to help patients recover from cardiac events. Formed in summer 2021, we have grown significantly and evolved into s group of friends enjoying routes, food, drinks, fun days out and lots of banter. 

Based in NE London, ourriders are referred to us by the NHS and our group has attracted finding from public bodies, including The London Borough of Waltham Forest and Transport for London. 

Through this channel, we hope to share our passion for leisure cycling and hopefully, inspire others to join us or try similar things on their own.
