Kan • 50 & Figuring It Out

Hi, I’m Kan.

I share honest, practical content for women 40+ who are tired of starting again and want to feel more in control of their habits, cravings and routines.

We talk about nicotine, wine, evening snacking, scrolling, procrastination, all-or-nothing thinking and the habits that creep in when you’re tired, bored, stressed or looking for relief.

I’m 50 and figuring plenty of this out too. I share what I’m learning about understanding old patterns, supporting yourself sooner and rebuilding self-trust.

My approach is simple: Support Before Discipline.

You’ll find videos about:
• Midlife habits & cravings
• Smoking, vaping & nicotine
• Wine, snacks & evening loops
• Scrolling & procrastination
• Repeated restarts & self-trust

I’m the author of Steadier After 40 and Support Before Discipline, available on Amazon in paperback and Kindle.
