Hi, I’m CC! 

I’m a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork® Therapy Facilitator and creator of This Is The CC. My work combines breath, therapeutic touch, sensory experiences, and ASMR to create spaces to slow down, feel, receive, and reconnect.

Here you’ll find ASMR breath and sensory sessions, soft-spoken roleplays, and immersive experiences to help you get out of your head, settle into your body, and enjoy being cared for. Some experiences may invite deeper feelings, while others are simply a place to relax and receive.

I’m also creating the Co-Regulation Community, an online space for connection, nervous system support, and practicing regulation alongside other humans. Join the waitlist below!
