Thomas Wolfgram and USA Positive Expectations

My purpose is to influence, leverage and monetize a network to address those massively in power. The nation needs a constant Email March on the Federal Reserve Bank FED to address created moral hazard with the alternative of USA-positive-expectations.com. We must make the FED pivot its monetary policy and correction to FED NEXT; pumping equity rather than moral hazard into communities to create best learning outcomes before first grade.  Unique!
