Thoughts From My Higher Self

Thoughts from My Higher Self is a handmade felt world, and a channel for the nights you cannot sleep and the days you are too hard on yourself.

WHAT YOU WILL FIND HERE

Sleep music, one hour at a time. Slow and quiet, no talking, no sudden sounds.

Original songs. Spiritual pop about gratitude, letting go and starting before you feel ready.

Short reminders. One thought, one felt scene, thirty seconds.

THE GUIDES

Boney, the calm one. No muscles, still out-calms everyone.
Naia, the healer. Holds the feelings you are not ready to name yet.
Luna, the star reader. Judges you a little, loves you a lot.
Moss, the numerologist. Plants things and waits.
Orin, the future keeper. Has already seen how it works out.

Everything here is original, made from wool felt, cut paper and a lot of patience.

New sleep hour every week. New song every few weeks.
