Hi there, my name is Alana (Banana)! I am a social worker, a neurodivergent empath who is passionate about mental health awareness. I have a love for spiritual development, tarot, healing, open discussions about introspection, self awareness/reflection, and open/honest communication. As I continue to develop and expand my own spiritual practice, I love learning from and sharing with others. I have high values and a strong sense of integrity. Being mindful of others and the various beliefs we all have as individuals, I believe in love, community, shared knowledge and experiences. Bringing forth awareness to the everyday issues and concerns we may experience in our lives and creating a safe space for sharing is what I am hoping to create here on my channel.
