Tobi Emonts-Holley | Hybrid Dad

Become a better dad without becoming less ambitious.

I’m Tobi: CEO, husband and father of seven, based in Edinburgh and out in the Scottish hills whenever I can be. On this channel I take you along on real days and real outings to share the lessons and systems that make a full life possible, including the weeks when it all falls apart.

If you’re doing well at work but feel you’re losing control of the rest of your life, you’re in the right place.

New films every other week. For more, join my newsletter: hybrid-dad.com honest stories and practical ideas for ambitious dads.
