TräningsAkademin

We are a newly established sports association in Alvesta, focused on the joy of movement, personal development and community. We bring together exercise, play, martial arts and personal growth for both children and adults.

For children, we offer Mini Ninjas, where gymnastics, parkour, karate-inspired activities and play are combined with exercises that develop balance, coordination, self-confidence, focus, respect and teamwork.

For adults, we offer martial arts training focused on technique, control, safe and steady development, fitness, strength and body control—with no previous experience required.

On this channel, we will share training clips, Mini Ninjas content, music, exercises and glimpses of our activities.
